Absence of data recording in digital system to facilitate decision-making

Problem Statement: 

A manufacturing company was facing challenges in its decision-making process due to the absence of data recording in a digital system and a lack of recording and follow-up of existing activities. The company was experiencing problems such as production delays, quality issues, and stock outs, which were affecting its profitability and customer satisfaction.

Goals: 

The primary goal was to improve the decision-making process by implementing ERP system (ODOO) for data recording and tracking. The secondary goal was to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations by recording and following up on existing activities, such as maintenance and quality control checks.

Application:

 To address the challenges, the company implemented ERP Odoo system for data recording and tracking. The new system provided real-time visibility into production progress and inventory levels, enabling the company to make data-driven decisions. The system also enabled the company to record and follow up on existing activities, such as maintenance and quality control checks, which helped to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes.
