TAWAR
TAWAR is a program provided to manufacturing SMEs that aims to transfer small and medium factories to an advanced stage and give them the ability to compete with larger entities and obtain a larger market share. The program consists of fifteen services and is divided into 3 phases, which are: improvement, expansion, and financing.
All 15 services are included in exchange for a monthly subscription in an annual contract.
- Improvement phase
This Phase is designed to improve projects, with leadership provided by process development engineers. Starting from the second month, the program works towards integrating the ERP system into procurement, warehouses, and financial and accounting systems. Furthermore, outsourcing services for supportive departments are provided continuously alongside the ERP system. This phase includes.

ERP is implemented as part of the program to manage and integrate important parts of work to operate all sections with a single system to allow factory owners to review and monitor the performance of the facility immediately and remotely.
The system is provided completely free of charge and the factory bears no additional costs to establish it and White Corp trains the personnel responsible for operating the system, as well as technical support to fix

This is achieved through listing factory’s items on B2B and B2C platforms; Once products are listed and inventory turnover gets higher, SMEs can access group buying, a unified brand name, and eventually achieve localization.

Companies that subscribe in TAWAR are automatically listed on all export platforms that White Corp is in partner with. By using our model, the “Beneficiary Map” for approaching clients all over the world, every single user for the manufacturer’s product all over the world will be exposed to their name. White Corp’s team leads the negotiations and closing deals.
- Listing on the B2C platform
This service helps manufacturing SMEs have a strong distribution network across Egypt; this is achieved via White Corp’s partner that is pioneering in social selling where a very trusted and trained network will propose companies’ products to individuals all over Egypt in both cities and villages. This service is included in the program where companies are automatically listed on the B2C platform as long as they are subscribed in TAWAR
- Group Buying
Since the second service of “EDARA”, White Corp does the purchasing for companies, therefore, companies will have the advantage of group buying which means manufacturers have the advantage of buying raw materials with much lower prices than what they already have especially that small manufacturers have limited access to materials because of the minimum order quantity they have to reach.
