The Process Improvement Engineer will be responsible to identify new process improvement opportunities in the areas of quality, cost, performance, productivity, and preventive maintenance.
Duties and responsibilities
Evaluate and analyze current process metrics and performance to identify areas requiring improvements.
Analyze and identify opportunities to reduce process variation, improve process capabilities, and optimize process performance.
Develop process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools and methodology throughout the manufacturing facility and processes.
Facilitate the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved results.
Develop standard procedures and policies to be followed by the Client’s Engineers/ Workers.
Train and guide resources as needed.
Prepare project presentations for management when needed.
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
Experience 1:2 years.
Industrial / Production Engineering Background.
Excellent in Microsoft Office “Excel Specially”.
High level of Communication skill.
Fast Adaptation skill.
Cross-Functional Team player.
Very Good Command of English language.
