TAWAR Service
White Corp created “TAWAR” which is an integrated program that includes several services offered in exchange for a fixed monthly subscription. This program is created for micro, small, and medium manufacturers to help them expand without the pain of big investment. Transforming the initial cost to monthly fees that will help them generate more profit and acquire bigger market shares.
The service is concerned with adjusting the framework of operations within factories and then managing them through a trained project coordinator supported by the technical team of White Corp and connected to an Enterprise Resource Planning system, so that activities and tasks are done according to a clear path, which reduces confusion in the performance of these functions.
Service Philosophy:
The philosophy of this service is built on addressing the gaps and weaknesses, which are points of resistance for many business owners to reach the desired state of stability and expansion they desire.
Through the initial study of the project size and identifying the areas of movement, improvement and weaknesses as well, and then starting to improve operations in various departments, integrating a digital system and appointing the project coordinator, then training him to start the phase of operation and management in a continuous and controlled manner also from White Corp as a partner in moving the organization to a state of expansion and stability.
This comes with White Corp's vision to become a leader in the field of industrial consulting in the Middle East and North Africa, and a belief in the inevitability of the industrial role as a locomotive for growth and being a key partner in increasing national income and domestic production and reducing the current trade balance deficit by increasing our ability to exports.
This was the result of a study conducted on a group of different industries that strongly demonstrated the necessity of having a path concerned with management and operation methods, and not only improvement and development, to contradict the prevailing and mistaken idea of agile operations and continuous improvement in the scope of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The 4 main failure factors are as follows:
· Personnel resources, relating to numbers, depth, and quality of people, particularly at the management and staff levels.
· Systems resources, in terms of the degree of sophistication of both information and planning and control systems.
· Business resources, including customer relations, market share, supplier relations, manufacturing and distribution processes, technology and reputation, all of which give the company a position in its industry and market.
· Financial resources, including cash and borrowing power.
How the Service Works:
Establishments of different sizes (especially those wishing to continue and expand) need several jobs and tasks that are carried out periodically. Their demand rates, frequency, or hours required to complete them may vary, but without doubt they are tasks that must be present, and for clarification.

The idea of outsourcing or entrusting a group of supportive functions to a specific entity to take over these tasks on a continuous basis and perform them with the required quality on a contractual basis, and this is what White Corp offers through the “TAWAR” service by filling the supportive departments and performing the required roles in a flexible manner through four basic pillars.
PHASE 1:
1.Industrial Process Improvement
The improvement project aims to enhance the overall of the operations performance where the engineering team assesses the factory state and drives an action plan, resulting in the following Waste analysis, setting a quality manual, restructuring the costing structure, conducting an HSE Plan, and Maintenance Plan.
Industrial engineering is the core of White Corp’s services, where our team of consultants provide their advisory role along with their technical skills through the project, that is an essential part before working on any other services provided by us; the reason why the improvement project comes first, is to set a baseline for managing the departments properly and setting a quality level for the manufacturer to join our platforms. An In-house engineer and consultant will be available along the duration of the project to assure the implementation of the process, maintaining all resources of the factory with no intervention in the management of the facility.
Consulting service will cover all company’s departments with focus on improving the process of planning, purchasing, warehouses, production, maintenance, and quality to assure the maximum and most sustainable enhancements.
2. EDARA Service
The EDARA service is a new business practice in which administrative & supportive functions are managed by White Corp, saving 30% of the costs the institution might have invested if it created a complete hierarchical organizational chart. This process guarantees efficient and effective use of available resources, lowering cost besides improving capabilities in the departments targeted when outsourced to White Corp, which would guarantee an overall efficiency for the organization.
We created our own model of outsourcing focusing mainly on specific departments which are human resources, procurement, warehouse, production planning, finance, and maintenance. Keeping on the departments of production and quality to be managed internally. This process guarantees efficient and effective use of available resources, lowering cost besides improving capabilities in the departments targeted when ruled out to White Corp, which would guarantee an overall efficiency for the organization.
3. ERP Implementation
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is implemented as part of the program to manage and integrate the important parts of the business. It integrates all of the processes needed to run all functions with a single system. It allows factory owners to immediately and remotely review and monitor the facility's performance.
It is a system for collecting data on production processes in the factory that facilitates the process of communication between the different administrative departments and enables factory owners to review and monitor the factory’s performance directly and remotely. The system is provided completely free of charge and the factory does not bear any additional costs for its establishment, and if the factory owns the system, it will be linked to the White Corp system. White Corp trains the personnel responsible for operating the system in the absence of it, as well as technical support to fix any problems or malfunctions that may encounter the operation of the system.
4. Training & Development
White Corp provides a range of services that helps build human capacities among different levels of expertise and backgrounds. Our main three services are 1) Career Coaching, 2) Professional Training and 3) Corporate Recruitment.
The career coaching services are provided to fresh graduates as well as professionals. Work with our career coaches who are providing guidance through a job search, interviews, resumes, promotions, and everything in between.
While, for our professional training services, we provide a range of services as; training courses for individuals through a range of high-profile instructors whether in person or live online through our learning management system, as well as training needs assessment (TNA) for corporates in addition to tailored training programs according to the need.
This service is created to fill the gap between employees and recruiters looking for fit candidates, where in this service we train people by career tracks, depending on their backgrounds, what they want to pursue, and by psychometric tests to explore the area they could better fit in.
PHASE 2
This phase aims to help factories increase their market share by reaching wider segments of consumers by listing them on platforms Such as ElGinni.com for exporting and TagerShanta.com as a B2C selling channel.
Selling Channels are:
1.B2B platform
Companies that subscribe to TAWAR are automatically listed on all export platforms that White Corp is in partnership with. By using our model, the “Beneficiary Map” for approaching clients all over the world, every single user of the manufacturer’s product all over the world will be exposed to their name. White Corp’s team leads the negotiations and closing deals.
2.(B2C Local)
This service helps manufacturing SMEs have a strong distribution network across Egypt; this is achieved via White Corp’s partner that is pioneering in social selling where a very trusted and trained network will propose companies’ products to individuals all over Egypt in both cities and villages. This service is included in the program where companies are automatically listed on the B2C platform as long as they are subscribed to TAWAR
3. Group Buying
Since the second service of “EDARA”, White Corp does the purchasing for companies, therefore, companies will have the advantage of group buying which means manufacturers have the advantage of buying raw materials at much lower prices than what they already have especially that small manufacturers have limited access to materials because of the minimum order quantity they have to reach.
4. Unified Brand Name
Companies will have the opportunity of being under another brand name, that is a brand having several other manufacturers under it. The idea behind creating a unified brand for SMEs manufacturers is to strengthen them by creating clusters that are more able to penetrate bigger markets.
It is more convenient to spend a high budget on 1 brand name rather than spend a small budget on several unknown names; therefore, it will increase their sales and enable them to expand and export. This is by agreement with industrial chambers and export councils.
5. Localization
The goal of this service is to fill the supply chain gap between leading manufacturers and SMEs; whereas local manufacturing SMEs can produce items that used to be imported. White Corp is an intermediary between leading firms and manufacturing SMEs by knowing the needed items from leading firms and working on its reverse manufacturing to be manufactured by the manufacturing SME.
We focus on helping large/leading companies on reducing their ‘Importing Bill.’

Expected results in the event of joining “TAWAR”:
· Providing the necessary expenses for appointing officials for the various departments that White Corp will contractually commit to occupying them efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the work.
· The inclusion of the ERP system specially prepared for small and medium-sized factories in a way that ensures data recording periodically and taking the ideal cycle in performing the functions (procurement, warehouse, production, etc.).
· Developing an Action plan after analyzing the weaknesses within the facility to start working on them through the process improvement engineer responsible for weekly visits throughout the implementation period. The project includes all existing departments of “production - quality - maintenance - production planning – warehouses - procurement - human resources.”
· After the completion of the improvement process and the sustainability of the project coordinator's work; audit visits are started, which are mainly concerned with preserving the gains of the first stage, so there will be results of those reviews presented to the facility manager.
· Training the project coordinator on the ERP system and training all concerned individuals who are intended to work on tasks that serve the program.
· Listing on the company's marketing platforms as a consumer product.
· In the event that the results are sustainable, work begins on directing the investment portfolios, which are “as per owners’ request”.
